1. Returns: Due to the limited-edition nature of the Bestie Kits, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these kits once they are purchased.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a kit with damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at [support email address] with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective items. We’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that’s a replacement for the damaged item(s) or a partial refund.
3. Lost or Missing Packages: If your package was lost in transit or arrived incomplete, please reach out to us at [support email address]. We will help locate your package or, if necessary, send a replacement.

We have a no return policy, unless Girls Upstate is responsible for a cancellation or reschedule of the event/workshop etc.
If a return is given by GU because of a cancellation or reschedule as determined by GU you will need the confirmation email or proof of purchase and we will reach out to you.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@girlsupstate.com.
When a return occurs you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@girlsupstate.com.
