Join us for our quarterly exclusive event as we honor and celebrate the winter solstice, a sacred time of reflection and renewal. The solstice, with its longest night and promise of returning light, symbolizes hope, transformation, and the cycles of nature. This powerful moment invites us to release what no longer serves us, embrace inner stillness, and set intentions for the brighter days ahead. Together, we’ll pause, restore balance, and celebrate the transformations that guide us forward in this special seasonal gathering.
What to bring:
- journal & something to write with
- anything else you need to assist you during your meditation
There will be clean blankets and eye masks available. Feel free to bring your own.

Duration: This event is 2 hours long. Your name will be added to our guest list after check out. There are no physical tickets and nothing needs to be delivered. At the event, please check in with the instructor and provide your first & last name. Please refrain from bringing outside food & beverages.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before an event. We understand that traffic and parking can be difficult, so allow enough time for parking.

We have a no return policy, unless Girls Upstate is responsible for a cancellation or reschedule of the event/workshop etc.
If a return is given by GU because of a cancellation or reschedule as determined by GU you will need the confirmation email or proof of purchase and we will reach out to you.

When a return occurs you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
