Tickets are final sale and non-refundable, unless we cancel the event ourselves. There are no physical tickets and nothing needs to be delivered. At the event, please check in with the instructor and provide your first & last name. By purchasing this ticket and participating in this event, you agree to the Terms & Conditions, including the Waiver and Release of Liability and Photo and Video Release. We have a no return policy, unless Girls Upstate is responsible for a cancellation or reschedule of the event/workshop etc.
If a return is given by GU because of a cancellation or reschedule as determined by GU you will need the confirmation email or proof of purchase and we will reach out to you.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@girlsupstate.com.
When a return occurs you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@girlsupstate.com.
