Experience an afternoon of mindfulness and community connection! Join local women in a warm and welcoming space to celebrate the importance of mental health together. This special day is all about raising awareness, breaking the stigma around mental health, and supporting global efforts for well-being.
In honor of World Mental Health Day, enjoy an all-inclusive 2-hour experience at The Hot Yoga Spot. The afternoon features 1 hour of mindfulness yoga, a refreshing smoothie from BARE, and fun self-care activities.

Cancellation/ Late Policy:
Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class do not qualify for a credit. We offer guests full credits for cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to their scheduled event. If a guest needs to cancel within 48 hours (2 days) of their booked class or does not make it to their class on time, a credit will not be issued. A credit must be redeemed within 60 days & only counts towards other event. Guests must email to claim & use their credit. If they do not use credit within 60 days then it is no longer valid. Please contact us with any concerns.
Parking/Location: 1475 Western Ave. Albany, NY (Stuyvesant Plaza)
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before an event. We understand that traffic and parking can be difficult, so allow enough time for parking.

We have a no return policy, unless Girls Upstate is responsible for a cancellation or reschedule of the event/workshop etc.
If a return is given by GU because of a cancellation or reschedule as determined by GU you will need the confirmation email or proof of purchase and we will reach out to you.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@girlsupstate.com.
When a return occurs you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This was my first event, but it was a great time and very comfortable for mingling and meeting new people. I really liked that we were able to do things at our own pace but still felt included in the activities.
Good atmosphere event, very pretty set up. A great idea to spend time outdoors in the Summer. Had a great time and got to meet new people. Pizzas were delicious!
