Please, select "Delivery" or "Pick Up" at checkout. Your name will be added to our guest list. There are no physical tickets and nothing needs to be delivered or shipped. At the event, please check in with the instructor and provide your first & last name. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before an event. Lots of parking available at parking lot!

We have a no return policy, unless Girls Upstate is responsible for a cancellation or reschedule of the event/workshop etc.
If a return is given by GU because of a cancellation or reschedule as determined by GU you will need the confirmation email or proof of purchase and we will reach out to you.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@girlsupstate.com.
When a return occurs you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
